DENVER - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has been recognized as the region's largest residential real estate company in the Denver Business Journal's annual "Book of Lists" for 2008-09 published December 19-25, 2008. Under the category of "Denver-Area Residential Real Estate Brokerages," Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage topped all other real estate companies in a six-county region that comprises the metro Denver area. This is the 12th consecutive year that the company has been ranked No. 1 by the Denver Business Journal.

The region's residential real estate brokerages are ranked by total sales volume. According to the DBJ, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage posted total sales volume of $3,596,114,800 for 2007, representing a total of 11,403 real estate transactions. The average sales price for each home sold was just over $315,000.
